I recently had a very good deep tissue massage by Juan Reyes! He began by talking with me about any areas of my body I was concerned about or wanted to prioritize.

I mentioned some discomfort in my upper back. Juan worked on the area of concern, then followed the tension down my back and into my hips and legs, releasing and easing tight muscles all along the way.

He employed both stretches and deep kneading to restore balance and function to my muscles, while eliminating the pain in my upper back!

When done, Juan left my body feeling truly seen and invigorated - ready for another week of work in my business of gardening!
